Our money-back guarantee, in plain terms.

New subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the subscription fee. It applies to first-time subscribers only, it covers the fee you paid us — not any trading losses in your brokerage account — and after 30 days all sales are final. The rest of this document is the detail.

0130-day money-back guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of your initial subscription date. The 30-day period begins on the date and time of your purchase as recorded in our transaction records. If you are not satisfied within that window, contact us and we will refund the subscription fee you paid.

02What the guarantee covers — and what it does not

The guarantee covers:

• The subscription fee you paid to AlphabotAlgo LLC, when requested within the 30-day window by a first-time subscriber.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Trading losses. Any gains or losses in your brokerage account are entirely your own and are unrelated to the subscription guarantee. We do not cover, offset, or reimburse trading losses, broker fees, proprietary-firm account or evaluation fees, data fees, or VPS or infrastructure costs.
• Requests after the window. Beyond the 30-day period, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods (for example, the unused portion of a month or year after cancellation).
• Repeat subscribers. The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. If you have subscribed to the Service before, on any plan or tier, you are not eligible — including if you previously held one plan and later subscribe to a different one.

We state the first-time-only condition here and at the point of sale so it is clear before you purchase.

03Automated execution (Tier 2) tiers

Automated execution tiers, where and when offered, may be subject to separate availability, eligibility, and refund terms stated at the point of sale. Those terms control for the tier they apply to. If an automated execution tier is offered as final-sale or under a different guarantee, that will be disclosed before you purchase it. See the Terms of Service for how automated execution works.

04How to request a refund

Send a refund request by email to info@alphabotalgo.com from the email address on your account, within 30 days of your initial subscription date. Requests submitted after the 30-day window are ineligible, and the sale is final. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and is separate from a refund request.

05How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 30 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit. A refund returns the subscription fee only; it does not include any interest or financing costs charged by your card issuer. When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the strategy will cease to function.

06Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@alphabotalgo.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, and allow us a good-faith period of at least 30 days to resolve it. We will work with you to correct any legitimate billing error. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and where appropriate communicated by email to your registered address.
